SERVICES

GCS Contruction offers our clients a wide range of services in the construction and industry. By applying various methods of welding, painting, sandblasting and rigging, our certified technicians, with the support and supervision of the engineering team, are ready to perform various work tasks on the ground and at a height (all our technicians have IRATA certificates for safe working at height) which we distinguish:
-Montage, revitalization, and maintenance of term energetics and process systems (pipelines, collectors, pressure vessels, various reservoirs, industrial chimneys)
- Anti-corrosive protection
– Installation of electrical installation
– Installation of specialized hanging scaffolds (WEB DECK)
Special attention is paid to the training of both our people and third persons. As a full-fledged TRAINING MEMBER – IRATA organization we are accredited for the training and certification of high-level workers.

WELDING

By virtue of the nature of the work, welding from the rope represents the method of performing the welding process in a spatially limited and inaccessible work environment using high quality professional equipment for height works, according to the specific requirements of the clients.

Unlike the conventional welding method whose preparatory actions require high implementation costs with the involvement of a larger number of perpetrators, the welding system provides significant advantages. Some of them are the possibility of working in all welding positions, a great supply of additional materials for welding, reparative welding and good mechanical properties of the welded joint. Works from an industrial rope represent an economical and efficient alternative to traditional methods of work at altitude, such as working from scaffolding and require a minimum working space.

PAINTING

The painting process itself is a multiphase cycle of preparation of the subject of work as well as the painting itself according to the clearly defined endpoint. In order to achieve top-notch results, each phase of the work must be strictly and uncompromisingly respected in order to obtain the desired end-effect. Our team includes experienced and professional painters and inspectors who possess international certificates for inspection and quality checking of works on painting and preparatory works. Thus we maintain the highest standard and provide high quality on the domestic and world market.

BLASTING

Blasting is a process by which the abrasive material and / or water under high pressure smooth surfaces are rough or rough surface becomes smooth. Also, this procedure is used to remove impurities and corrosion from the desired surface.

The specialty of our company is reflected in finding the most efficient solution according to customer requirements using rope-based techniques. This system of work itself excludes the use of bulky and costly construction of scaffolding and auxiliary machinery, which increases the labor costs and the time necessary for carrying out the preparatory actions itself, which is a great advantage. GCS CONSTRUCTION offers its clients safe, efficient and economical solutions in the shortest possible time without hindering and stopping the work process.

During all these years, GCS CONSTRUCTION has successfully performed sandblasting operations on oil platforms, tankers, silos and constructions of various materials.

Blasting methods used:

  • Water-sand blasting
  • Dry sandblasting
  • Removing corrosive and similar high pressure water jets (UHPWJ – Ultra High Pressure Water Jet)

RIGGING

The Rigging system involves mounting, disassembling and moving objects of high total weight and dimensions from point A to point B as well as similar, technically demanding actions in places that are inaccessible to use cranes and cranes. The process itself is done with the help of specialized mechanical tools and professional equipment.

IRATA Training

The IRATA height system is a safe working method at a height where the industrial rope and other adequate equipment are used for access to the workplace, safety at work and safe removal from the site.

The IRATA International organization’s task is to monitor and apply the procedure of procedures that the members are obliged to follow and apply in order to maintain a safe working system at any time. This system of work separates members of IRATA International from those who are not part of such organized and rigorous schemes. The method of working with rope as a rounded system must imply an equal and harmonized application of planning, organization, competence and adequate equipment for work.
The advantage of using the Rope Access method is to look briefly in a quick and safe approach to operation and surveillance in order to perform a specific work assignment, where the work itself is performed in a safe way with minimal impact on the environment and the work environment. Another advantage relates to reducing the risk of work per hour and therefore costs in relation to other approaches.

Planning, organizing and carrying out work with the minimization and elimination of potential accidents and injuries at work without damaging equipment, property, and environment, is the primary goal of work from the industrial rope.
